1. Pre-Turnover Hauling (Up to 600 lbs)

• Removal and disposal of up to 600 pounds of debris

• Includes abandoned furniture, trash, damaged fixtures, construction remnants, and general clutter

• Property cleared and prepared for turnover construction or repairs

• No hidden disposal fees within weight limit

2. Post-Haul Turnover Cleaning (Full Standard Clean)

• Kitchen: appliance wipe-down (exterior), cabinets, countertops, sinks, floors

• Bathrooms: toilets, tubs/showers, vanities, mirrors, floors

• Living areas & bedrooms: dusting, vacuuming, mopping

• Interior windows, sills, and ledges

• Baseboards, doors, switches, and light surface wipe-down

• Trash removal and final presentation ready for repairs, inspections, or leasing photos
